The ride ends with Ferris telling Jacob that Callisto is a dead moon, and Jacob, as far as anyone else is concerned, is a dead man, and that Jacob needs to drop his old life and accept his new one.Ĭaptain Ferris isn't seen again until post outbreak, where he has taken up position in the command tower, giving commands to any surviving squads. His attitude changes abruptly though when he gets a call from Warden Cole saying to apprehend both Jacob and Dani Nakamura.ĭuring the ride to Black Iron Prison, Ferris ignores Jacob's pleas about him not being a prisoner, and drops any friendly pretenses he might have had, treating Jacob just like any other prisoner that needs to be processed. Ferris gives Jacob a thermal respirator, and makes small talk with him as they leave the Charon.

As Jacob wakes up from the crash, the wall to the cockpit is cut open to reveal two security bots and Captain Ferris looking for survivors of the wreckage. Captain Ferris is one of the senior officers for Black Iron Prison, and makes his first appearance when the UJC Charon, piloted by Jacob Lee and Max Barrow, crash-lands on Callisto near the prison.
